Abstract:
Using pot experiment,the effect of organic materials on organic matter content and enzyme activity of soil was studied after applying of different proportions of straw and corn stalk into replant soil.The results showed that organic matter content of replant soil was first increased and then decreased after different proportion rice straw and corn straw applied,compared with the control,the unease activities of soil decreased (except in August);soil phosphatase activity first decreased and then increased with prolonging of treating time;soil catalase activity increased after adding corn straw into replant soil,while it did not increase after applying straw (except in September).
