Abstract:
Taking the annual dormant branches of 13 grape rootstocks as test materials,the electrical conductivity,soluble sugar and free proline content after low temperature stress were measured,the freezing tolerance was analyzed,to provide reference for germplasm screening for northwest grape and cold resistance cultivation.The results showed that,the semi-lethal temperature of the all species branches were from -24.5℃ to -32.0℃;With the temperature decreased,the soluble sugar and free proline in their branches were gradually increased,but the change speed and range were significantly different among varieties;The order of species parameters was consistent with the cold resistance;Vitis amurensis,‘Beta’,‘5BB’and‘520A’showed greater cold-resistance ability,but the‘140R’,‘5C’and‘Kangzhen No.3’were weaker in all species.
