Abstract:: Based on the fieldwork of 32 vegetable specialized cooperatives in Hebei province，the production and business operation risk type faced by the vegetable professional cooperatives and the selection of vegetable professional cooperatives risk management strategy were analyzed.In order to solve the problem such as cooperative insurance risk management ability was insufficient，vegetables insurance was sluggish，the government risk management system was not sound and so on，corresponding strategy was put forward to improve the vegetables professional cooperatives risk management mechanism which included improving financial services and vegetable insurance for vegetables professional cooperatives，enhancing personnel training，and improving vegetable planting technology.
