Abstract:
Abstract:Taking the wild blueberry seedlings in Greater hinggan mountains area as test materials,using the young stem segments as explants,the blueberry somaclone of rapid propagation system was explored.The results showed the explants disinfection treatment combination was 75% ethanol for 10-15 seconds and 0.1% mercuric chloride for 10 min.The medium was WPM,and the hormones were ZT 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/mL in the steps of inducement of callus and proliferation of adventitious buds.Adventitious roots were induced with dipping method by 200 μg/mL IBA.The results showed that callus and adventitious buds could be formed from stem of blueberry by the medium and hormones,and the induced ratio of adventitious buds was higher than 80%.In addition,the rooting rate was more than 70%.
