Abstract:
Abstract:Taking ‘Xinfeng Kang 90’ Chinese cabbage seeds as test materials,three kinds of hypergravity conditions in 1 000×g,2 000×g,4 000×g were treated for 20 minutes,40 minutes,60 minutes,with no gravity treatment as control;the content of chlorophyll of part of the seed to seedling tray on seedling stage were determined;another part of the seed after 50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L,150 mmol/L three different concentrations of salt stress were treated,with no salt stress as control,the germination rate were determined.The results showed that 1 000×g hypergravity treatment significantly increased the content of chlorophyll and cabbage seed salt stress resistance than other hypergravity treatments.Low hypergravity on Chinese cabbage seeds increased chlorophyll content and salt stress resistance,high hypergravity showed the inhibition ability on chlorophyll content of Chinese cabbage seeds and salt resistance.
