Abstract:
Taking 15-year-old wolfberry as materials,Shidijia were divided into three levels (10 mL/plant with topdressing once,20 mL/plant with twice,20 mL/plant with topdressing once,which compared with no applying anything).The influence of Shidijia on the growth conditions and yield of wolfberry in saline-alkali soil was studied.Other factors such as water and fertilizer controlled as normal management.Main indicators such as soil pH value,organic matter,total amount of salt,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,as well as yield and quality were determined during wolfberry growing period.The results showed that Shidijia had good effect on reducing soil pH value and salinity,and had no obvious effect on regulating nitrogen in terms of the regulation of nitrogen and phosphorus and had little impact on wolfberry betaine and total polysaccharide,flavonoid content,however increased,yields increased too.In a word,the level of applying rate with 20 mL/plant,combined with irrigation applied in two times were commended.
