Abstract:
Taking male and female plants of Actinidia arguta dormant branches and shoots as experimental materials,with the method of morphology observation and physiological biochemical index determination for the Actinidia arguta plant gender identification were studied.The results showed that,leaf scars spacing and lenticel density of female plants were significantly greater than the male plants in Actinidia arguta;tissue culture seedling height of male plants was significantly higher than female plants;root number of male plants was significantly lower than female plants;BTB staining method to identify Actinidia arguta gender reaction after 4 hours,but the most obvious difference appear at 4 hours;TTC staining method was an effective method for the identification between male and female plants of Actinidia arguta,whether it was suitable for the juvenile phase remains to be further discussed.
