Abstract:
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is a kind of widely distributed symbiosis fungi in soil, which can be associated with most land plants.AM fungi has the important ecological significance, can promote plant growth by nutrients absorption and water uptake.Molecular methods for AM fungal community structure investigating were introduced.Research trends and future prospects in this field were also discussed in this review.
