Abstract:
Taking the protocorm of T4 population as trial material,the effect of mass diameter,inoculation density of protocorm,hormone combinations,subculture cycle on proliferation and growth of protocorm were researched for establishing a highly efficient proliferation system of protocorm of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.The results showed that the high community effect could be observed during protocorm proliferation culture,so the appropriate increase of mass diameter and inoculation density of protocorm was of benefit to protocorm proliferation.Experiment was done with different concentration combinations of KT added with NAA or 6-BA added with NAA,which showed that NAA 0.02 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L was the best hormone combinations for the proliferation and growth of protocorm.50 d was the suitable subculture cycle for protocorm proliferation culture of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.
