Abstract:
Taking 16 Dendrobium germplasm resources as experimental materials,using polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis(PAGE) methods,effect of difference of low molecular weight bands on plant taxonomy for?Dendrobium??were studied by 6 ISSR primers screened.The results showed that the results of the experiment was basically similar to the classical morphological classification.But there were some difference between both methods.PAGE method had high polymorphism ratio and could be used to further reveal genetic diversity and relationship of?Dendrobium??at the molecular level.
