Abstract:
Taking Agrobacterium tumorigenic isolated from the rhizosphere soil of transgenic 741 Populus long tumour and non-GMO popalus tomentosa as experimental materials,with the methods of sections,staining and inoculated respectively,the morphology and biology of two Agrobacterium tumorigenic were identified.The results showed that the morphological characters were accord with the character of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Tumorigenicity test of carrot and tomato seedlings was positive;The bacterium induced tumour of carrot and to moto,at the same time,this bacterium could facilitate the rootage and the cancerization of the carrots and the tomato seedlings.The gene flow phenomena could not be found between this bacterium and its host after it was reinoculated to the transgenic 741 Populus.
