Abstract:
Taking cucumber as material,the uses of substrate for cucumber plug seedling and the effect of different dosage of mycorrhizal agent on cucumber seedling growth and mycorrhizal infection rate were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,adding 20 g treated seedlings had higher infection rate which was 27%,and the indexes of seedling growth overall was good and had a significant difference with the addition of 10 g inoculant treatment on the growth of cucumber.These results suggested that for the same mycorrhizal fungi,plant growth promoting effect depended on the different plant infection rate,if infection rate was high,the growth promoting effect would be more obvious.
