Abstract:
Taking Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)Baill as test material,the treatment of 400 mg/L ethephon and 1 000 mg/L ABA were done at veraison in order to study the effect of ethephon and abscisic acid on the lignans and PAL enzyme activity of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)Baill.The results showed that control fruit total lignans and PAL activity showed a trend of increasing from verasion to mature processing,mature fruit total lignans of ethephon and ABA treatments were higher than that of controls by 11.08% and 15.11%.There were no significant differences between treatments and significant difference with control;Fruit PAL activity of CK in mature period was 20.21 U·h-1·g-1,ethephon and ABA were 22.09 U·h-1·g-1?and 22.36 U·h-1·g-1.There were no significant difference between treatment.Ethylene and abscisic acid could promote to increase total lignanoids and the activity of PAL of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill.
