Abstract:
Taking Cyclamen as materials,the relationship between canopy reflectance characteristics and plant water status of Cyclamen under different water levels were studied and the correlations between normalized difference water index and Cyclamen leaf water content were studied by linear fit,polynomialfit and exponential fit.The results showed that the water contents of canopy leaf had a significant correlation with the spectral reflectance bands of 944,1 033,1 105,1 970,2 813,3 350 nm at different growth stages.Also,the water contents of canopy leaf could be a best correlation with the normalized difference vegetation index NDVI (820,1 600),whose coefficient of determination was 0.73006.The best regression models to estimate leaf water rate were set up.
