Abstract:
Starts from discussing the concept of geographical indication of agricultural products in this paper.On the basis of literature review and data collection,the trademark registration of geographical indications,the protection of national geographical indication products,and the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products in Shandong province were studied and analyzed.Then,the development experience of Shandong province of geographical indications were summarized,the current problems and proposes countermeasures for further development were pointed out.First,to strengthen the declaration work of national geographical indication products;second,to study the products features of geographical indication thoroughly,expand the scope of protection;the last,to strengthen the construction of agricultural and fishery demonstration garden,promote agricultural standardization and automation.
