Abstract:
Taking ‘Shandong Daye’ coriander as research object,with photosynthetic bacteria as test materials,the impact of different amount of microbial inoculum of photosynthetic bacteria into the substrates of the substrate-cultured coriander on the influence of plant height,main root length,fresh weight,and content of chlorophyll and vitamin C content were studied.The results showed that applying appropriate amount of photosynthetic bacteria could obviously improve the growth of the substrate culture coriander.In addition,the contents of chlorophyll and vitamin C in the plant were increased significantly.The optimal application concentration of photosynthetic bacteria for substrate culture coriander was 108 cfu/mL.
