Abstract:
Taking Podocarous brevifolius (Stapf) Foxw as test material,the morphology and anatomical structures of root nodules of one-year-old Podocarous brevifolius?seedlings were observed and studied by light microscopy,to study the characteristics of mycorhiza of Podocarous brevifolius.The results showed that there were spherical,conical,saddles,beaded and irregular shapes in root nodule morphology of Podocarous brevifolius seedlings.The root nodules could be divided into finite and infinite nodule in anatomical structure.The symbiotic microbial species included rhizobium,actinomycetes and fungus.It concluded that the morphology and anatomical structures of root nodules and symbiotic microbial species of P.brevifolius were diverse.
