Abstract:
Taking Ottelia acuminate var.crispa ?that growing in the Lugu Lake bordering Yunnan and Sichuan as research object,using a combined way of classification and Hanzhou Wanshen LA-S Leaf-Area Index Analysis System,another combined way of gradation and mensuration from September 2012 to March 2013,the LAI of different Ottelia acuminata(Gagnep.) populations were measured and calculated.And the data were dealt with SPSS 13.0,the standard errors,standard deviation,variances and variation coefficients of the different populations were studied.The result showed that the measured LAI had medium variability,LAI of different Ottelia acuminate var.crispa populations in different village were different,respectively:Luoshui 2.66)>Sanjia(2.42)>Shankua(2.12)>Mukua(1.83)>Lige(1.17).This study was also a helpful alternative to measure the leaf area of aquatic plants;these may provide the foundation of method selection for LAI determination of aquatic plant.
