Abstract:
Taking Chinese traditional medicine Polygonum cuspidatum as materil,and its crude product was evrymed by cellulase,the effect of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature at different levels for resveratrol extraction were studied by ultrasonic wave.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the Polygonum cuspidatum was extracted by 80% alcohol at 60℃ for 30 min and the ratio of liquid to solids was 1∶25 g/mL,the yield of resveratrol was 0.328%.
