Abstract:: Taking the cucumber varieties of ‘Pony 13’ as material,using the field selection and application of screening,four kinds of nematicides（Arbosulfan，Carbosulfan+Chlorpyrifos GR,Microbial inoculation，Abamectin+Acetamiprid）control efficacy on cucumber root-knot nematodes were studied.The results showed that the tested four nematocides（Arbosulfan，Carbosulfan+Chlorpyrifos GR,Microbial inoculation，Abamectin+Acetamiprid）had good control efficacy on cucumber root-knot nematodes.The crops which were controled by Car bosulfan+Chlorpyrifos GR had the hightest output，the lowest disease index，the most excellent control effects,and its application of the method was simple,it was easy to operate，so Carbosulfan+Chlorpyrifos GR were better choices to control the root-knot nematode disease of cucumber.
