Abstract:
With the fruits of Carbernet-Sauvignon grape as experimental material,the law of resverartol change during the grape berry development was systematically investigated.The effect of SA spraying on the changes of resverartol and fosetyl-aluminium activities in peel and leaves of grape were discussed,in order to explore the effect of different concentration on the accumulation of resverartol in the wine grape.The results showed that SA had a significant effect on resverartol induction,especially occurred a high induction rate at young fruit stage,however the induction time was transient.Moreover,SA with different concentrations were positively correlated with the content of resverartol in grape peel and fosetyl-aluminium activity.The 4 mM SA displayed the best effect on the accumulation of resverartol in the wine grape.
