Abstract:
Taking Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as test material,using single factor and orthogonal experiments,and through comparing biomass of fermentation broth and bacteriostatic activity against Verticillium dahliae Kleb,the fermentation conditions of endogenous Bacillus amyloliquefaciens X-278 were optimized.The results showed that the final optimization of the medium and conditions:1.5% glucose,2% peanut power,0.5%(NH4)2SO4,0.1% CaCO3,0.5% MgSO4,0.5% NaCl,pH 7,culture temperature 34℃,rotation speed 180 r/min,seed liquid age was 24 h,liquid volume was 150 mL/500mL of triangular flask,inoculum size was 2%,incubation time was 72 h.After optimizing,the number of viable bacteria was to 1.5×1010 CFU/mL in the fermentation broth,and the diameter of inhabiting circle against Verticillium dahliae was 33.4 mm.
