Abstract:: Ecological civilization is the new connotation of the new rural community planning.Taking Yueshan village new rural community as the research object，based on the concept of ecological civilization，the idea，method and content of new rural community planning and design were studied.It strived to make Yueshan village to be a rational layout，beautiful ecological environment new rural community with good comfort，safety，economy and local characteristics，in order to provide a reference for the planning and design of new rural community.
