Abstract:
Taking Ganodorma lucidumas material,the effects of different fermentation methods(continous culture,batch fermentation,fed batch fermentation) on the yield of ergosterol and mycelium were studied by deep submerged fermentation.The results showed that the maximum yield of mycelium increased 4.71% and the yield of ergosterol increased 17.35% by fed-batch fermentation compared with continuous culture,the time reaching to the maximum yield shorten 24 h.So the fed-batch fermentation was superior to continuous and batch fermentation.
