Abstract:
Taking Eriobotrya japonica?as material,using the regular isolation and morphological identification methods,the diversity of endophytic fungi from Eriobotrya japonicaat Mengzi,and the amount,species and distribution of endophytic fungi were preliminary studied.The results showed that 144 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from annual healthy organs,perennial health organs,annual root rot organs,leaf spot organs of Eriobotrya japonica.They respectively belonged to 16 genera,that was AcremoniumAlternaria,?AspergillusArthriniumCladosporiumEpicoccumFusiariumHumicolaMoniliaMucorNigrosporaOidiumPenicilliumPhomopsisPythium?and Sebacina ;among them,AcremoniumAlternariaand Phomopsis?were dominant genera.It found that the amount,species and distribution of endophytic fungi varied by disease or healthy,different tissues,ages,varieties of Eriobotrya japonica.The diversity was abundant.
