Abstract:
Taking Arundo donaxvar. versicolorNymphaea tetragonaIris pseudacorusCanna glaucaas materials,the changes of physiological and biochemical under waterlogging stress were studied,and their waterlogging resistance were compared.The results showed that the waterlogging resistance of Arundo donax var. versicolor and Iris pseudacoruswere poor.The waterlogging resistance of Nymphaea tetragonawas better than that of Canna glaucain chlorophyll,soluble protein content,proline content,MDA content and membrane permeability.
