Abstract:
Taking tissue culture plantlets of Guangnan Derdrobium officinale that from mature capsule seedling as materials,ten kinds of media treatment were designed to research the physical characteristics,cooperate with cultivating,in order to selecting the best culture media of Dendrobium officinale,to understand the effect of culture media on the growth of test-tube seedlings of Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that the physical characteristics of three treatments perlite:shavings:peat:charcoalratio(2∶6∶3∶2),perlite:shavings:coconut coir:charcoalratio(2∶6∶3∶2),perlite:shavings:sawdust:charcoalratio (2∶6∶3∶2) of containning shavings were better for plant growth,there were marked difference in different culture media,such as the survival rates,root activity,and morphological index of the test-tube seedlings.To comprehensiving evalution the terms of vegetable growth,membership function was applied,the substrate combination of perlite:shavings:coconut coir:charcoalratio at a rate of 2∶6∶3∶2 was better,and was widely available,cheap and pollution-free.
