Abstract:
Taking two tomato cultivars significantly different in respiratiry intensity as materials,the inheritance pattern of respiratiry intensity in tomato fruit through P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2 six generation analysis were studied.The results showed that the respiratiry intensity was controlled by two pairs of additive-dominance-epistasis major genes(B_1_1),and the major genes hereditability in B1,B2 and F2 were 58.63%,61.04%,64.87%.
