Abstract:
Taking Saraca dives Pierre as material,with single factor completely randomized design,the effects of different concentrations GGR6 on physiology and biochemistry of Saraca dives Pierre were studied.The results showed that there were different effects on the physiology and biochemistry of Saraca dives Pierre by spraying different concentrations of GGR6.The optimal concentration was 20~30 mg/L of plant growth regulator GGR6 on the Saraca dives Pierre by comprehensive analysis.The leaf chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,free proline content showed a trend of first increasing then decreasing,SOD activity showed a trend of first decreasing then increasing,MDA content showed a trend of gradually reduce compared with control with the increase of concentration of GGR6.
