Abstract:
With Hedysarum multijugum,Potentilla fruticosa,Potentilla glabra,Sabina vulgaris and Caragana Korshinskii five kinds of wild groundcover plants as materials,after cryogenic treatment the electrical conductivity were measured,and Logistic equation was used to fit s-shaped curve,the lethal temperature of five farming were calulated,lethal temperature and the relationship between the plant cold hardiness were studied,under different low temperature controls at the same time,the change trend of free proline content and soluble sugar content and the relationship between the plant cold hardiness were researched.The results showed that the electrical conductivity of five kinds of wild groundcover plants,free proline content and soluble sugar content,all appear to increase with the extension of low temperature stress time after reducing trend,its cold resistance by began to evaluation for: Sabina vulgaris>Potentilla fruticosa>Hedysarum multijugum>Potentilla glabra>Caragana Korshinskii.
