Abstract:
Taking Morchella as material,three Morchella strains were isolated from wild Morchella by using standard tissue culture method,and identified by morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer sequence analysis,respectively.The results showed that these strains manifested high sequence similarity with Morchella angusticeps,with similarity of 99.0%;the phylogenetic tree also suggested that these strains belonged to Morchella angusticeps.
