Abstract:
Taking alien invasive Flaveria bidentisas material,under solar greenhouse potting conditions,the influences of F.bidentison cucumber plant height,fresh and dry weight,chlorophyll content,root activity,POD activity and CAT activity,and MDA content under intercropping with Flaveria bidentisand cucumber,as well as the impact of the water extract from Flaveria bidentison cucumber seed germination were studied.The results showed that plant height and fresh weight growth were inhibited and root activity,chlorophyll content and POD activity,CAT activity were lower than that of control under intercropping,while the MDA content was higher than that of control.Cucumber seed germination rate decreased with the increase of the extract concentration.
