Abstract:
The shoots of Dianthus plumarius L.were taken as explants to study the prolifertion and its vitrification.On the established regeneration medium,the different concentrations of 6-BA,sucrose,agar,PVP and AgNO3 were supplemented to test their effects on the vitrification of Dianthus plumarius L.The results showed that the basic culture medium was MS containing 6-BA 0.3 mg/L,sucrose 50 g/L,agar 10.0 g/L,PVP 30 g/L and 1.0 mg/L AgNO3,it could effectively prevent seedling vitrification from occurring.
