Abstract:

Taking potato straws as the main cultivated materials，the effect of 5 substrate formulas on cultivate of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus in different substrate formulas grew well,biological efficiency had difference,the formula 2(potato straw 80%,straw 17%,gypsum 1%,lime 2%) had well hypha and 4 times fruiting,biological efficiency,was more than 120%.Meanwhile it had good commodity characters，less contamination and high comprehensive economic benefits.
