Abstract:
Taking Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet in vitro as materials,the effect of coverings of the vessels,6-BA concentrations (0~0.90 mg/L),agar concentrations (6.5~8.5 g/L) and shoots culture temperature on its vitrification phenomenon were studied.The results showed that the vitrification rate was lower,and the propagation coefficient was higher when the Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet was cultured on MS basal salts containing 0.30 mg/L 6-BA and 6.5 g/L agar concentration,in 23~24℃ cultured temperature and in the vessels covering with cotton plug or sealing film.
