Abstract:: The construction of New-type Rural Community is the internal needs of development of the rural society,but also the external needs of the promoting on the urban-rural integration.At present on the fast forward of the construction of New-type Rural Community,there are many problems such as understanding of New-type Rural Community is unclear,the planning is unreasonable,the industry support is not strong,the want of farmer participation is lack and the fund is shortage.To improve the quality of the construction of New-type Rural Community,to realize its sustained and healthy development,the government should change their concept,grasp the meaning of New-type Rural Community accurately,plan scientificly,find out the proper industry support and development model according to the local conditions,reform and perfect various security mechanisms,protect the farmers’ rights and resolve the financial problems.
