Abstract:
With line pepper as test materials,under high,medium,low fertilizer land in Qinghai province,single factor randomized block desigh was used,the effect of different K2O applyins (45,90,125,135,180,270 kg/hm2,with no-fertilizer as control) on yield and quality of pepper were studied.The results showed that the same species in the same fertility level,increasing potassium applying amount,the growing period was not affected.The same pepper variety had long growth period under the high fertility plots and had short growth period under the low fertility plots.The red berries rate,fruit capsaicin content and fruit vitamin C content in the same pepper variety were reduced with the improvement of soil fertility and significantly increased with the potash application amount in a certain range.The yield of the line pepper fruit was the highest and the net income was the highest when the potash application amount was 45 kg/hm2 under the high soil fertility level was 180 kg/hm2 under the medium soil fertility level and was 90 kg/hm2 under the low soil fertility level.
