Abstract:
The main points of the standardizing ,fresh-keeping, storage technique for strawberry,including technique of picking,collecting,pre-cooling,fresh-keeping,storehouse managing,emergency processing,transporting,selling.They were summed up in this paper,to provide a reference for strawberry production.
