Abstract:
Taking seeds of ‘Xinxuan Bacun’,‘Beijing Dafen’,‘Wangzhao Luobo’ radish as materials,different burial depths of 1.5 cm,3.0 cm,4.5 cm,6.0 cm were set,effect of different burial depths on seed germination of radish were investigated at different depths and adopting oneway test design.Besides,the optimal conditions for germination of different radish seeds were also discussed.The results showed that proper burial depth was favored to the germination of radish seeds and the optimal burial depth for germination of the seeds was 1.5~4.5 cm,the results indicated directive significance for the cultivation of radish.
