Abstract:
Taking annual Dendrobium officinaleas material,the effect of light intensity on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics and the quality of annual Dendrobium officinale were investigated by artificial shading method.The results indicated that the plant height,stem diameter,net presh weight of D.officinale?would be the best when the light intensity was at 55%.It had the highest content of polysaccharides when the light intensity was at 43%.
