Abstract:
Taking Platycodon grandiflorumanther in the late uninucleate stage as material,with MS and N6 as basic medium,the effect of different kinds of cytokinin and auxin on callus induction were studied.The results showed that as the basic culture,MS was better than N6 both in induction rate and differentiation rate in Platycodon grandiflorumanther tissue culture;as cytokinin,6-BA was better than KT both in induction rate and differentiation rate;2,4-D as the auxin,the induction rate and differentiation rate of callus were both better than NAA and IAA,NAA was better than IAA.In conclusion the better inducing medium in Platycodon grandiflorum?anther tissue culture were MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D and N6+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D.
