Abstract:
Taking‘Xianfeng’sweet cherry as material,the effects of packaging by different films and capacities on sweet cherry storaged under 0℃ were studied.The results showed that the optimum packaging and capacity for’Xianfeng’ sweet cherry was PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and 10 kg,the fresh quality of the cherry was better when kept after 60 days storaged by this way.Efficient ethylene remover had the effect of keeping fruit quality.
