Abstract:
The detached leaves of superior strain A18 selected from southern highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum)‘Southmoon’ were used as the explants,the effect of different cytokinin,sugar concentration,inoculation method,dark periods and artificial leaf wounds on adventitious bud regeneration was studied.The results showed that the effects of TDZ and CPPU were better than ZT and 2ip on adventitious bud regeneration;medium containing 20 g/L sugar was suitable for adventitious bud regeneration;the adaxial side in contact with the medium had greater effect;no darkness treatments and artificial leaf wounds were also favorable to regeneration.
