Abstract:
Taking 11 blackberry cultivars introduced abroad and 13 excellent seedlings of blackberry as materials,a total of 10 primer pairs selected from EcoRⅠ/MseⅠ primer combinations were used to analysis the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of them by AFLP.The results indicated that it produced 657 AFLP-bands,488 of which were polymorphic bands,the polymorphic rate was 74.3%.The cluster analysis based on UPGMA showed that the 24 genotypes were classified into 2 groups at the level of SM=0.52,this result was coincidence with the morphological classification.It concluded that AFLP was an effective way to study of genetic diversity among blackberries accessions and will be helpful in identifying varieties,introduction reasonably and breeding purposes as well as further research.
