Taking the seeds of Sedum spectabilis as materials，the effect of seed harvest time，storage time and storage temperature on the germination of seeds of Sedum spectabilis were studied.The results showed that in different seed harvest time condition，there was no significant difference in seeds germination rate of Sedum spectabilis.With delaying seed harvest time，initial germination time was also gradually postponed.Seeds of Sedum spectabilis regardless of stored at room temperature and 4℃ storage，seeds harvested in September 9th acquisition of the highest germination rate，so Sedum spectabilis seed in Suzhou area，it was recommend that in September 9th about the acquisition of more appropriate.Sedum spectabilis had a ripening dormancy process，4℃ low temperature storage for Sedum spectabilis seed ripening. Sedum spectabilis seed harvest only after 20~30 days storage，seed germination rate and germination reached the highest.
