Abstract:
Taking the branches of four varieties of Bougainvillea glabra ‘Red basin’,‘Golden heart double color’,‘Green leaves purple’,‘Green leaves white’ and the seedlings of ‘Red basin’ as materials,the effect of different doses of 60Co-γ radiation on survival rate,withered bud rate,variation rate and the growth of seedlings were studied.The results showed that the radiation can promote,delay or inhibit the growth of cutting line,for example,the survival rate of ‘Red basin’ and ‘Green leaves purple’ at 20 Gy and 30 Gy,and ‘Green leaves white’ at 10 Gy and 20 Gy were higher than the contrasts;radiation made the leaves of the cutting appearing various variation symptoms;tolerance of the 4 varieties of radiation from strong to weak was:‘Green leaves purple’,‘Red basin’,‘Green leaves white’,‘Golden heart double color’.
