Abstract:
Takingginseneasmaterial,thedifferentsoilsolubleproteincontentofginsengcultivation,thenitrogencontentofthesoilwerecomparedandanalyzed,andthelawsofwater-solubleproteincontentofgroundginsengwasstudied.Theresultsshowedthatginsenggrewinfarmland,itscontentoftotalwater-solubilityproteinandthemajorproteinsubunitswerehigherthantheonesinhumussoil;thenitrogencontentinfarmlandsoilwashigher.It’smaybeconducivetothesynthesisofproteinsforginsenggrowsinfarmlandsoil.
