Abstract:
pearasmaterial,differentethanolextractofpropoliswereused,theeffectoffilmprocessingofextractonfresh-keepingatambienttemperature(25±2)℃werestudied.Theresultsshowedthatpropolisextractatdifferentconcentrationcouldeffectivelyreducedtherespirationrate,maintainhardness,decreasedtherateofweightlessness,maintainthecontentoftitratableacidandvitaminC,andthe6%treatmentwasthebest.Buttheethanolextractofpropolishadlittleeffectonthecontentofsolublesolids.
