Abstract:
Usingelectronmicroscopy,thechangesofstrawberrythin-walledcellultrastructuralwasobservedundertheozonetreatment.Theresultsshowedthatafterozonetreatment,thecellstructureofstrawberrywasmorecloselyandinternalchangewasslowlycomparedwiththecontrol.
