Abstract:
WithwildStauntoniachinensisastestmaterial,basedonthesinglefactorexperiment,selectingtemperature,theratioofwatertomaterial,time,usingBox-Benhnkencentralcompositeandresponsesurfacemethodologytosimulatethequadraticpolynomialregressionequationpredictionmodel,theinteractionofeachvariableonwildS.chinensispolysaccharideextractionratewerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatS.chinensisoptimumextractionconditionswereextractiontemperature83℃,extractiontime2.7h,watertomaterialratio30∶1mL/g.Undertheseconditions,extractionratereached11.03%.
